We are providing B2B & B2B2C Fund Investment Dealing & Settlement services and Insurance Admin & CRM solutions. With more than 30 years of domain knowledge, our thorough grasp of the wealth management industry has helped us overcome the constantly evolving landscape in both investment and insurance industries.
The Story
behind the CUBE
Our story began in the 80's
Three WMCube founding members who worked in Matheson PFC, a subsidiary of Jardine Pacific, and had participated in development of an enterprise-level system that enabled a very efficient and scalable back-office to handle comprehensive Fund Investment Dealing & settlement. The system has been deployed to 8 countries across the world in 90's.
In 2004, one of our founding member management buyout the said system from Towry Law (acquired Matheson PFC in 1998). After continuous upgrading and development, WMCube finally built a brand new system in 2016 named CUBE.
2014: The start of the CUBE
WMCube was formally established in July 2014 and was licensed for SFC Type 1 Dealing in Securities (CE No. BEC913) in 2015. Our core businesses are B2B & B2B2C Fund Investment Dealing & Settlement services (800+ funds from 80+ fund houses) and Insurance Admin & CRM solutions. In 2020, we formed an alliance with a well-known licensed insurance company in UK/HK and became the authorized custodian of its investment-linked policy. We believe that this new business will become a game changer in the Hong Kong platform industry.
